Someone who goes above and beyond his/her everyday tasks to improve the quality of life for others is a candidate for the TRICON Building a Better Community Award nomination. This person can be anyone connected with the construction industry. Exceptional construction leaders are well-liked and respected, because they employ cooperation to achieve goals. They willingly volunteer and are passionate about the success of the industry.
